Siri has been updated in iOS 6. Apple now allows siri to run on the new iPad. Apple also added a bunch of new languages and new features.
Some of these features include:
- Sports coverage/facts
- Improved Maps integration
- More country for yelp
- More info with yelp.
- Movies
- Siri can now open apps and more system functions.
Apple has not brought Siri to iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G, iPad 2 and older devices. This means i4Siri will live on beyond the devices supported by Siri. Please follow on twitter to get the latest updates @i4Siriproject
Does i4siri work most of the time? I have an iPhone 3GS (iOS 5.1.1) with spire/spite installed. I downloaded the non-spire i4siri tweak from cydia and also installed the certificate and re-booted accordingly. Whenever I try to activate Siri, like simply asking “Hi Siri”, I get no response, not even the famous “Sorry but I’m unable to help you right now…” crap. Please reply!
I got the exact same problem and restore the iphone as new.. is like server is down, but the answer i get from i4siri on twitter is nothing’s wrong with the server.. :-S
