The i4SiriAuth tweak is meant for users WITH an iPhone 4S. This will allow users to connect to apple with the users own 4S auth keys. This is NOT be used with Spire. This tweak is to be applied on top of a working GUI. So this means finding some GUI from the internet or use i4Siri’s GUIExtraction tool to get a running GUI.
