So after a long 5.1.1 Siri struggle we have made a decision to start fowarding our users to a package by the name of Ac!d. This will install the Siri files like Spire. This is not 100% legal for the distributor but for the end user legality is not an issue. We will not be managing the package nor hosting. The following instructions will guide you to install i4Siri on 5.1.1.
1. Add the following URL’s to your Cydia
-http://i4siri.com/repo
-http://cydia.bassamkassem.com
2. Open i4Siri Repo and install i4Siri-Ac!d.
3. Open i4Siri Settings and Click install Certificate.
4. Make sure Siri is on in Settings.

Just yday i downloaded a GUI from Ac!d repository and am currently using it with some other developer who is providing siri. I am having problems though, the facebook doesnt work, appstore crshes, cant make google search and want to move to I4siri. so do i need to download this Ac!d software again or is it the same??

In my case, once I installed the app and acid software, my siri worked just fine.
But my appstore kept crashing, my mails crashed, couldn’t make google search, and couldn’t even open the contact list.
Siri was working fine though. I had to finally uninstall, cant have a working siri when all other apps are crashing!!

i followed the instructions… altho when i go to install certificate then button doesnt work… so it cant install is there any other way to install certificate? Help plz. also will it work on UK settings.

As I tried to install Ac!D Siri it says after a while “Hash Sum mismatch” and the installation can not be completed

hi i just wonder i got the siri to work fine but the problem is it wont do all the command a normal siri would do like if i say “Call Me Rock God” it says “Sorry i did not find a match in you phonebook” or none of the map commands work either
I found that in order for i4siri to recognize your name you must go to General>Siri>My Info and select your name from your contact list. I was unable to do the same thing you are trying to do.
1. dictation no working, it simply keep on blinking the icon.
2. when i say call someone, it says calling someone and the call never happens.

I4siri is awesome for da simple fact that I could add it to my iPhone 4 loving it. The only problem that I have is actually usIng i4siri. When I ask a question or give a command nothing is said or happens. Installing took sum time but everything is on my phone correctly, I followed the instrutions to the t. I gave a test try to ac!d. it works but it is the only thing it does. that version lacks 75% of the original siri commands and mostly disappointing.

i4siri has only been able to give me my weather forcast just ONCE. Now every time I ask it I am told it cannot find information for my area.
What if I told you I found a way to run I4Siri with equal package of functions to the original Siri

Same problem here as posted above. The purple light just circles around the mic and I get no feedback from anything I ask. Uninstalled and reinstalled everything several times and rebooted several times. Going to wait and try again in a few hours like I had to do before.

I can successfully send a message, look up the weather, set a timer (however, not an alarm). Best implementation of Siri I’ve seen thus far, excellent job!

Well after waiting a few hours Siri started working but my other apps don’t work. They will load but then freeze and crash after about 30 seconds.

Hi, I’m on an iPhone 4 with 5.1.1 and i have followed all the steps and actually started over a few times, and no matter what dictation does not work at all and siri either swirls forever or finally says “sorry cannot take requests try later”. Any advice or help would be nice, this was the only reason I jailbroke…

I did all your instructions and it was done. It before it got used I went into activator, went anywhere>home button>short hold and removed the blank object there and it broke
When I try using the short hold I end up w/ voice control so I have resorted to using voice activator
Please tell me how to fix this

Ac!d Siri is a memory hog. Once I installed it, siri never gave me more than the dreaded spinning, Chrome and FB didn’t respond for minutes at a time and my iP4 was generally unresponsive at the best of times.
Why the hell did you move from Siriport? — it worked!
I’d rather not use the siriport.ru servers, can you just hook this back?
Guys, if you’re going to move to another method, how about testing it first for more than five minutes?

I followed the instructions and all and its seems ok then i tried if siri is working it pos up and listen to what i say but it does not respond should i re-install it??
its now working after i re install but if i ask “whats the weather for today” it says “Sorry, nothing was found for query”
Use the GRWH siri server it actually works. I think there also google api, and when i first got it worked really well.

The weather feature still not working.
For me, Acid Siri worked fine, but the app “F1 2012 Timing” is crashing.
If I uninstall Acid Siri, the app “F1 2012 Timing” goes back working.
Then I reinstalled Acid Siri, and then reinstall the app, but it also didn’t work.
Can someone give me a clue on what to do?
